Looking for heavy-duty head bails and cattle headlocks that won't let you down when it matters most? RPM Livestock Equipment designs and builds its entire range from tough Australian steel, right out of Gatton, QLD - and producers across the country are making the switch from other brands to a genuine RPM head bail and headlock setup on their crush.
The flagship Superlock cattle head bail runs on a manual hydraulic locking system that gives infinite locking positions, quick capture, and easy release even under full pressure. A Powerlock option delivers 30% more power for effort, and a Rear Operation Kit is available for solo operators - letting you open and close the cattle head bail from a rear position without stepping into the danger zone. Nearside and offside operation is also available, so make sure to confirm your preference before ordering.
For head treatment work, the Hydra and Mugger-style cattle headlocks bolt straight onto the Superlock head bail and give you full top-and-bottom restraint. The Hydra uses a pipe arm to limit up-and-down head movement, while the Mugger adds a scoop arm that also reduces side-to-side movement - ideal for mouthing, eye treatments, and any close-up work on the animal's head. Both feature a manual hydraulic ram with a quick-release handle on top for instant release when needed.
All RPM head bails and cattle headlocks are full walk-through design, fitted with greasable rose joint linkages, and built to bolt onto most existing crush and race frames with minimal hassle. Whether you're upgrading a single head bail or fitting out a full yard, RPM Livestock Equipment has the setup to match.
